I love staying fit and active as I age, so I'm still able to do all the fun things in life, like climbing, dancing, hiking and even gymnastics too!
I am that crazy person in the kids' playground doing handstands with my daughter, hanging from the monkey bars, or having a go on the balance beam!

I have been there myself; feeling weak, unfit and worried that 'it's just all down-hill from here!'. But through my fitness and nutrition studies, and my own, personal journey, I have realised that this simply isn't true!
I am now 45, I have had two children, and I'm possibly in the best shape of my life; without the need for a restrictive diet, calorie or macro-counting. Life (and food!) are for enjoying, and I'm committed to showing my clients how they can do the same, reaching their full potential and living a fulfilling, satisfying and active life.
